Best Nightclubs to Visit in South London

London is a vibrant city full of opportunities, and there are a lot of things to do and places where to have fun night and day. After spending a day doing shopping on the busiest streets of the city or visiting art galleries and international exhibitions, it is time to dress up and get on the dance floor. 1. Amersham Arms

The Amersham Arms is one of the few clubs left in New Cross after the closure of the East London Line in 2007. Located in the heart of South East London, this club is one of the favorite places for students and locals, that hosts late-night DJs, live concerts and artists of the modern comedy and music scene. With a classy vintage style, it’d feel like you’re spending the night in your living room… just a bit more crowded than usual!

2. Union Club

The Union Club is located in Vauxhall and it was created by the collaboration of three famous London club promoters, who are definitely a guarantee of fun and innovation in the nightclub scene of the English capital. The venue is absolutely amazing with new sound equipment, a pool room and a large bar area.

3. Area

Another great venue located in Vauxhall is the Area, a huge dance club for posh clubbers. It has three large dance floors, many bars, a smoking terrace and two VIP areas. London’s finest DJs play here every night, and the club is equipped with an incredible sound and lighting systems, there are also stunning dancers and performers for a show you won’t forget so easily!

4. SeOne

Close to the London Bridge and Elephant & Castle, there is SeOne, the largest and most flexible venue in London. The SeOne consists of five spaces, perfect for indoor dance fests. Each space has its own style and vibe and can be used for smaller parties for about 100 people. Choose the dance floor that reflects your own personality and dance with the rhythm of your favorite music.

5. Ministry of Sound

The Ministry of Sound club is located in Elephant and Castle and is very renowned in the UK’s music scene. It hosts international DJs that perform live in the club playing mostly house, trance and dance music. It has three dance floors, three bars and attracts more than 5000 people every week.

6. Area 10 Project Space

Area 10 Project Space is located in an old warehouse in Peckham, and is all you can ask for if you are tired of just dancing and drinking with your friends, and are looking to spend a night in a more alternative way. In Area 10 Project Space you can attend live concerts, alternative performances, as well as a large variety of exhibitions, lectures, films, and workshops.

As you can see South London is full of interesting and fun nightclubs where to dance a night away. This vibrant and young part of London has definitely a lot to offer to suit everybody’s fancy!
